The first patrons of the college library, in addition to the Ministry of Religion and Education of the Austrian Empire, were Count Volodymyr Didushytsky (organizer and founder of the Natural History Museum in Lviv); curators of the Industrial School were professors of architecture and sculpture Julian Zaharievich, Leonard Marconi, and Tadej Bizants.
Currently, the library has more than 15 thousand books of new literature, in 12 inventory books, not including periodicals, and is constantly replenishing the funds with new interesting additions. Also, our library stores many books and folders with tables, which were published in the late 19th - early 20th centuries. There are real rarities here. The vast majority of these publications exist in only one copy, and not only in our library, but perhaps they are the only ones in Ukraine. Most of them are very damaged and require restoration. Often, teachers and students themselves take the initiative and restore the damaged tables.
The oldest book dates back to 1828. An interesting collection of tables "Formen Schatz" from different years since the end of the 19th century has been preserved, a large collection of books on Art Nouveau, decorative arts, art history, there are tables with images of metal, ceramic and wooden products. And although the library periodically conducts tours of the collections for visitors, they are still seen by a very limited circle of readers. The printing of some printed publications, for those distant times, is impeccable, and often even surpasses the quality of elegant modern publications. The color, texture of the paper, the complexity and compositional perfection of the design - amaze and delight contemporaries. This is excellent material for study and our best students use it. Because it so happened that most often, in addition to teachers, the library is visited by the most conscientious students, in love with books and creative work

The college library is a center where young students gather to learn about the latest in artistic life, to discuss their problems, and to meet interesting people.

The library also hosts book exhibitions dedicated to significant dates, such as College Day on October 14, Christmas and Easter holidays, as well as small solo exhibitions of artists or presentations of their books.

Head of the college library since 1997.
