In accordance with the Procedure for Appointment and Dismissal of Teachers and Other Employees of Educational Institutions, teachers and other employees of educational institutions are appointed to positions and dismissed from positions by the head of this institution. Teachers and other employees are hired by educational institutions in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine, Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 17, 2015 No. 413 “On the Procedure for Notifying the State Fiscal Service and its Territorial Bodies of the Employment of an Employee”. To fill a vacant teaching position or other position in the ENT Department of the Lviv Professional College of Decorative and Applied Arts named after I. Trush, it is necessary to undergo an interview with the college director and, in case of a positive decision, submit the following documents to the HR department:

- a handwritten statement addressed to the director;
- copies of educational documents (and the original for verification);
- a copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (and the original for verification);
- registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (and the original for reconciliation);
- 4 photos measuring 3x4 cm;
- personnel record sheet form P-2;
- original work book;
- documents confirming the qualification category, internship completed within the last 5 years, academic degree, academic title (for teaching staff);
- a document confirming the existence of the benefit;
- a copy of the military registration document (for those liable for military service) or a certificate of registration for persons of draft age (and the original for verification).
